Whether you’re a fitness pro or just getting started, this event is all about having fun, feeling strong, and connecting with other local moms.
The studio will be open just for us, so come ready to enjoy a private group workout led by F45’s expert trainers. Let’s bond over burpees, laugh through lunges, and celebrate our post-workout glow with some well-deserved social time afterward.

Registration opens on November 5th at 9pm. To secure your spot, please sign up as soon as possible - members check your email for the registration link. Space in the studio is limited, and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you don’t manage to get a spot, don’t worry—just add yourself to the waitlist
