Losing & Rediscovering Yourself After Motherhood

Motherhood can evoke a whirlwind of emotions, ranging from excitement to overwhelming moments. You might find yourself under the constant pressure to do everything 'right,' yet the abundance of conflicting advice can often leave you feeling more confused and overwhelmed.

Come and join our discussion as we delve into the unspoken surprises of motherhood. We'll also explore strategies to help you become the best version of yourself while juggling the many hats you wear.

Speaker: Jenn Abbatiello
